Our Service is a Detailed "Manual" Process 
That Generates Valuable, Usable Results.  

Our industrial marketing specialists spend many hours carefully analyzing each project.  
This process is the same process that MarketWise Solutions uses for its traditional face-to-face clients*. 

The online questionnaire, the electronic transfer of files, and a credit card payment option simply streamline the process so that it can be offered at less cost to our online clients. 

The work done on our end is still a thorough, manual process performed by trained marketing specialists, and using high quality data sources like Dun & Bradstreet.  Your responses to the online questionnaire are carefully considered in your analysis to be sure our results are accurate and in agreement with your corporate goals.  Our conclusions and recommendations are well thought out by real people with a solid understanding of Industrial B2B Marketing.  If the marketing specialist assigned to your project has any questions, they will call you to discuss them.

In addition, each project is personally reviewed by Ron Smith, the founder of MarketWise Solutions and a respected industrial B2B marketing expert, and/or another Senior Manager of the company.

The steps in the online process are as follows:

1) Calculate your Total Price based on the number of records in your database (for "MarketLeader" package
only - call for custom pricing on other packages).


2) Fill out the online questionnaire in its entirety, including credit card information ("MarketLeader" customers must be as detailed and exact as possible).
          - Your credit card will be charged at this time.

3) Send us the following items via email or regular mail:  

          a) An Excel file containing your customer database,
          with a complete break out of the revenue received
          from each customer for each of the past 5 years (for
          "MarketLeader" package only - other packages should
          send Excel files with just the appropriate information).


                 - If possible, please include the type of product
                   or service typically purchased by each client.

                 - Please include every company that has done
                   business with you for at least the past three
                   years.  You are welcome to provide additional
                   years, if the information would be pertinent.

                 - If some requested information is not available,
                   simply provide all you can.

                 - Please contact us if you have any questions
                   about what should be included in this file.

          b) A company brochure and any other appropriate
          corporate literature.


4) When your customer database (or other) file has been received and reviewed, any billing corrections for the number of records to analyze, etc. will be done.

5) Your project will be completed.  Please allow approximately 1 week for project completion.

6) Your completed report, appended database and/or any other files will be returned to you via email.

7) Any follow-up projects (such as licensing prospect lists) can be quoted and performed.
